What is this role?
We are seeking a Mid-Level professional to join our team as an Insights & Operations Partner for our People Platform and Product group. This is a Full Time, remote position based in the United States. You will work closely with our product leadership to drive our most important initiatives forward.
What will you do?
- Provide high-level strategic and operational support to our app leaders, which includes managing day-to-day operations, project planning, and long-term strategy.
- Take ownership of high-priority initiatives by collaborating across departments like Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure our goals are met.
- Develop clear, compelling communication materials, such as presentations and meeting agendas, to keep our teams aligned and informed.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in business operations, consulting, or program management, ideally within a fast-paced technology environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in program or product management.
- A deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and a knack for process optimization.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive mindset with the grit and hustle to solve problems at any level.
