What you bring

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our regional marketing programs in North America. This is a full-time, remote position where you will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to build awareness and generate pipeline. Your core responsibilities include:

• Executing regional field marketing strategies that align with our global goals and North American priorities.
• Managing and producing high-impact events, ranging from intimate developer meetups to large-scale enterprise field programs.
• Partnering directly with sales to implement Account Based Marketing plays that turn target accounts into active conversations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings 4 to 7 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within the B2B technology or developer tools space. You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and capable of keeping complex timelines on track. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be coordinating across various internal teams and external partners. We value candidates who have a hands-on approach to project management and a proven ability to align marketing activities with sales goals. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Salesforce, or various marketing automation platforms will help you succeed in our environment.
