About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Shopify Project Manager / Project Lead to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for our Shopify client projects, ensuring that every initiative is delivered with high quality, stability, and clarity. You will act as a central figure in our project delivery, helping our clients navigate the complexities of the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Shopify projects from the initial kick-off phase all the way to the final go-live.
• Take full ownership of project quality, scope, and final results while setting clear priorities for the team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making processes to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in managing digital or tech-focused projects. Specifically, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within an agency or a project-driven environment.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Shopify projects, including Shopify Plus, app ecosystems, migrations, and complex technical setups.
• Proven experience in a project lead capacity where you held professional responsibility for the project outcome.
• Excellent communication and moderation skills to navigate challenging project phases.
• A structured, decisive, and highly reliable approach to work.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of the English language.
