About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the engine behind our growth by engaging with healthcare providers, sparking interest in our solutions, and securing qualified meetings. This is a high-impact position designed for a self-starter who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach to decision-makers at clinics and health systems to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect pain points, articulate the value of Luma Health, and manage objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce to ensure pipeline velocity and activity tracking.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and a history of achieving ambitious goals. We value candidates who demonstrate the following:
- At least one year of experience in sales or business development, or a proven track record of significant achievements in other fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, CRM platforms, and outreach software.
- Exceptional communication skills, including a confident phone presence and the ability to write clearly and persuasively.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage your own time effectively in a remote work setting.
- A coachable attitude and a desire to collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine our outreach strategies.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
