About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this junior-level role, you will help shape the tools that our customers and their patients rely on every day. You will balance the needs of busy office managers and families alike, crafting intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and make the healthcare experience more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside a cross-functional team to conceptualize, prototype, and ship features for both patient and staff interfaces.
- Engage directly with our users to gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges and daily workflows.
- Actively contribute to our evolving design system to ensure our product remains consistent and scalable.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring a blend of technical skill and a collaborative mindset.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in product design, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- A strong portfolio that highlights your ability to create intuitive user experiences for both business and consumer-focused products.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback thoughtfully.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 USD. In addition to your salary, we support our team members with the following benefits:
