The opportunity
We are seeking a Field Marketing & Event Manager to join us for a 3-month contract. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels at event production, strategic planning, and marketing operations. You will play a vital role in driving our business growth by delivering high-impact, in-person experiences that connect us with our audience. Whether you are managing complex trade show logistics or coordinating intimate private dinners, your work will directly support our goal of modernizing the healthcare experience.
A day in the life
- You will lead the end-to-end execution of our event strategy, which includes everything from sourcing venues and negotiating with vendors to managing onsite teams and ensuring every attendee has a seamless experience.
- You will drive demand generation by utilizing Salesforce to track event ROI, creating promotional plans to boost attendance, and partnering with our sales team to ensure effective lead follow-up.
- You will maintain operational excellence by managing event budgets, overseeing the production of promotional materials, and using project management tools like ClickUp and Slack to keep cross-functional teams aligned on timelines and deliverables.
Who you are
You are a seasoned manager with a background in event production and project management. You communicate fluently in English and have a proven ability to operate autonomously as an independent contractor. You are comfortable navigating Salesforce, managing vendor relationships, and using tools like Canva to maintain brand consistency. Most importantly, you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited about the prospect of shaping the future of healthcare technology.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $119,000 to $129,000 on an annualized basis, based on a 40-hour work week.
