The opportunity

As our Director of Product Marketing, you will serve as a vital leader within our marketing organization. Your primary mission is to guide a talented team of product marketers as they craft the narratives, messaging, and go-to-market programs that define the value of our products. You will bridge the gap between complex technical functionality and the needs of our customers, ensuring that our observability solutions are positioned effectively in a rapidly evolving market.

A day in the life

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketers to successfully execute high-impact strategic programs.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Management team to distill intricate features into clear, compelling messaging for both internal sales enablement and external customer-facing materials.
• Drive the development of thought leadership content, including webinars, blog posts, and case studies, while confidently presenting our value proposition to audiences of all sizes.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management, including 3 to 5 years of direct team management. You have a knack for translating technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives, and you are comfortable working with diverse stakeholders to drive complex projects to completion. You possess exceptional communication skills and a high say-do ratio, meaning you take ownership of your work and deliver measurable results. While not required, experience with observability products is a significant advantage. You are an outstanding teammate who leads through influence and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
