The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on building programs that directly fuel our sales pipeline. You will act as a bridge between our corporate marketing vision and the specific needs of your region, ensuring that our outreach resonates with local prospects and customers. By leveraging your expertise in demand generation and field marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping how we grow our presence and support our sales partners.
A day in the life
- You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to design and execute integrated account-based marketing plans that align with our broader corporate objectives.
- You will take the lead on planning and hosting impactful field events, webinars, and trade shows, managing everything from the initial budget and strategy to post-event reporting.
- You will maintain a regional marketing dashboard to track campaign performance, using data to refine our approach and maximize the impact of our marketing spend.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 7 years of experience in field or regional marketing roles. You possess a deep understanding of the open source go-to-market motion and know how to translate that into effective programs. You are comfortable working with tools like SFDC for data management and reporting, and you have a knack for leadership that inspires collaboration. Because our team is global, you are fluent in English and are prepared to travel up to 40% of the time to support our programs and team meetings.
