We are looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. Grafana Labs supports a massive community of over 20 million users who rely on our open source visualization tools to monitor everything from environmental changes to global sporting events. We also partner with more than 3,000 organizations, including industry leaders like JPMorgan Chase and eBay, to provide comprehensive observability solutions. If you are a data-driven professional with a passion for field marketing and demand generation, we would love to have you help us grow our impact.

What you'll be doing

You will design and execute high-impact marketing programs that generate qualified leads and directly support our sales team's pipeline objectives.
You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop quarterly strategies and integrated account-based marketing plans tailored to your specific region.
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regional field events, webinars, and trade shows, including budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing strategy and execution. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in regional or field marketing roles.
Proficiency with SFDC for campaign management and data hygiene, along with familiarity with tools like Marketo, Google Analytics, Clearbit, DemandTools, and Splash.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to align marketing efforts with an open source go-to-market strategy.
A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time and the flexibility to support global programs outside of standard business hours.
Fluency in English.

What you'll get

The salary range for this position is 85,000 USD to 102,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the following benefits:
