About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a key partner to our regional go-to-market leadership, focusing on building strong relationships with our customer base to drive advocacy, reference programs, and community engagement. You will operate remotely, collaborating closely with our sales teams and your international counterparts to showcase the success of our users and amplify our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales leadership to identify and cultivate customer advocates who can support case studies, guest blogs, video testimonials, and conference speaking opportunities.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with senior-level customers to create mutually beneficial reference partnerships that align with our broader marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with our content and social media teams to develop creative assets and innovative strategies that highlight our customers' success stories to the public.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in marketing and communications within the B2B enterprise software sector. We value candidates who possess the following:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing marketing, ideally within the fields of observability, open source, or analytics.
- Excellent organizational and writing skills, with a deep understanding of how customer advocacy integrates into wider marketing workflows.
- The ability to work effectively in a distributed environment, demonstrating proactive communication and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A solid grasp of various sales methodologies and experience engaging with customers across diverse industries such as financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
- Availability to work during CST or EST business hours.
Location
This is a remote position, and we are open to candidates located anywhere, provided they can align their working hours with the required time zones.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation for this role in the United States ranges from USD 123,000 to USD 148,000. Actual pay is determined based on your specific experience and skillset. In addition to your salary, we offer the following benefits:
