The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our sales organization, designing and executing marketing programs that directly fuel our pipeline and elevate our brand presence. You will need to blend deep regional insight with data-driven decision-making to prescribe the right programs for your specific market. This is a leadership-oriented position that requires a balance of organizational skill, clear communication, and a hands-on approach to execution.
A day in the life
- You will lead quarterly planning sessions with sales leadership to align on objectives, prioritize regional strategies, and build integrated account-based marketing plans that support our overarching goals.
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of regional marketing initiatives, including in-person field events, webinars, and trade shows, while overseeing budgets, schedules, and executive reporting.
- You will maintain a regional marketing dashboard to track campaign effectiveness, using tools like SFDC and Google Analytics to measure the impact of your spend on the sales pipeline.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with a background in field or regional marketing, and you thrive in environments that require both strategic planning and tactical execution. We are looking for someone who brings the following to our team:
- At least 7 years of experience in a field or regional marketing role, ideally with exposure to open source go-to-market motions.
- Strong technical proficiency with tools such as SFDC for reporting and campaign management, along with familiarity with Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Splash, and Google Analytics.
- A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to support events and company meetings, as well as the flexibility to assist with programs across different time zones when necessary.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
