The role
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an impactful position for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to provide actionable insights that improve our business functionality across multiple units. You will be responsible for managing data from an end-to-end perspective, ensuring that our internal teams have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Core responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions while partnering with our data engineering team to architect effective schemas.
- Develop high-impact dashboards, reports, and visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Integrate data from diverse sources to ensure high standards of accuracy, consistency, and overall data quality.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in analytics and a passion for healthcare innovation. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working within a BI and reporting function.
- A degree or advanced qualification in a quantitative discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, specifically with AWS Redshift, and expertise in Python development.
- Expert-level skills in Looker, including advanced LookML and performance tuning.
- Practical experience with AWS cloud technologies such as Glue, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
- A deep understanding of advanced data modeling, database best practices, and data governance.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and manage conflicting priorities.
Compensation and benefits
