Since our founding in 2015, we have built an end-to-end model that spans manufacturing, logistics, and physician support to empower individuals to live longer, healthier lives. We are currently looking for a Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based 100% on-site at our laboratory in Monrovia, California, where you will play a vital role in maintaining our technical infrastructure and ensuring our systems operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support to our team members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and managing user accounts.
- Maintain our core infrastructure by installing and configuring networking equipment, performing routine system updates, and managing security protocols like firewalls and antivirus software.
- Ensure business continuity by participating in data backup and disaster recovery procedures while maintaining accurate documentation of all system configurations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are considered a strong plus.
- A solid foundational understanding of IT systems, network management, and security principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
What we offer
