LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare leader that empowers individuals to manage their health from home through a comprehensive model covering testing, virtual care, and medication delivery. We are looking for a motivated Graduate Software Engineer to join our US technology team in a fully remote capacity, where you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of cloud computing, product engineering, and complex data environments.
Responsibilities
- Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to uncover patterns and potential system errors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to triage bugs and support tickets by providing actionable findings from your analysis.
- Contribute to product development through bug fixes and the creation of new features.
- Act as a bridge between our Operations, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments to ensure clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of findings and resolutions within our internal knowledge base.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- A natural curiosity for problem-solving and a drive to identify the root cause of technical issues.
- A strong desire to build a long-term career in software engineering.
- The ability to work autonomously while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience utilizing application observability tools like Splunk or Datadog.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
