About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level Automation QA Engineer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of our large-scale, distributed platform, which is hosted entirely on AWS. You will sit at the intersection of product engineering and complex data environments, helping us maintain the integrity and security of the health data our users trust us with every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test frameworks for our core services, user interfaces, and APIs using industry-standard best practices.
- Collaborate with our product engineering team to research and apply innovative technologies that enhance the overall quality of our solutions.
- Integrate your testing tools directly into our automated CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, high-quality development cycles.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining UI and API test automation frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in an object-oriented language, specifically C#.
- Demonstrable experience with BDD frameworks and API testing tools like RestAssured or Postman.
- Familiarity with Selenium and container technologies such as Docker.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work proactively in a remote environment.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
