Since our founding in 2015, we have operated with a unique, end-to-end model that encompasses everything from manufacturing and logistics to lab analysis and physician support. We are looking for a dedicated Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our remote team and help us empower individuals to take control of their health journeys.
What you'll be doing
- You will collaborate with team leads to build, manage, and maintain our core BI and reporting pipelines.
- You will translate complex business requirements into actionable KPIs and metrics that provide clear insights for our various business units.
- You will develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards using data visualization tools while conducting statistical analyses to drive informed recommendations.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data management and a passion for solving problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A degree in IT, STEM, or a business-related field.
- At least one year of professional experience working within a BI and reporting function.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience using Looker for dashboard development.
- A solid understanding of data quality standards and information management.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
What you'll get
