Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute to our mission from anywhere. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem.
Your impact
- Production Management: Take ownership of our production environments, ensuring that new features are deployed smoothly within release windows and assisting with testing and troubleshooting.
- Requirements and Planning: Translate complex business processes into actionable user stories and process flows while collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements.
- Agile Delivery: Partner with our development teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies and platforms like Jira and GitHub.
What you'll need
- At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven expertise in managing production environments and DevOps workflows.
- Strong proficiency in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing user acceptance testing.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience using Jira for ticket management and release planning.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder, along with experience in Flows and cross-team integrations.
