About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join us on a Full Time, remote basis. In this role you will own the product roadmap for a key area of our sourcing-enablement platform, translating customer needs into AI-powered features that automate complex negotiations and surface real-time savings opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, own, and drive the product roadmap for a defined functional area of the Arkestro platform.
- Engage directly with customers, prospects, and suppliers to uncover needs and convert insights into compelling product solutions.
- Partner closely with Data and Engineering teams to run efficient R&D cycles, from leading scrums through coordinating product releases.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of enterprise SaaS product-management experience.
- Proven success working with large enterprise customers that have multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills paired with a user-centric mindset.
- Experience collaborating with data-science stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field is preferred.
- High-growth startup experience and familiarity with workflow optimization, process automation, or recommender systems are pluses.
Location
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $160,000–$180,000 USD. In addition, we offer competitive startup equity, medical insurance covered up to 100 percent, dental and vision coverage, generous 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, a one-time $1,500 home-office allowance, and an annual $1,000 learning-and-development budget.
