The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our product development, designing and building innovative features that directly impact our customers. You will work closely with our product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to solve complex technical challenges while scaling our architecture from initial concept to final release. A day in the life

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric features, participating in agile processes like scrum and story refinement to keep our development moving forward.
• You will design and scale robust architecture, ensuring that the software we ship is high-quality, secure, and performs well even as we handle massive datasets.
• You will focus on creating efficient, clean code and rigorous testing, balancing the need for rapid innovation with the long-term health of our applications.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer who thrives in a startup environment and brings a deep understanding of modern web technologies. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, along with at least five years of experience in a similar role. You are comfortable working with React and TypeScript on the frontend, and you have strong experience with Ruby on Rails and Node on the backend. You communicate effectively in English and are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code that solves real-world problems.
