The role
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our go-to-market team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique ground floor opportunity to shape our marketing strategy while working closely with our co-founders. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and establishing a high-energy, collaborative culture within our marketing department.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of our event programs, including trade shows, owned events, and webinars to increase brand presence.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns and an account-based marketing program to engage our target Fortune 500 and public sector customers.
- Oversee marketing operations and performance tracking by utilizing tools like Salesforce and Pardot to measure ROI and optimize our outreach strategies.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity within the enterprise software or SaaS sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex marketing functions, including content creation, email marketing, and vendor management.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Expert-level communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive annual compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, which includes both base salary and equity. In addition to financial compensation, you will receive:
