We are proud to be recognized as a Best Place to Work, and we are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team in India to help us build a zero trust IT environment.

Key outcomes

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning and account access.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, troubleshooting issues through our Jira ticketing system.
• Maintain office technology, including Zoom Rooms and printing infrastructure.
• Oversee IT asset management to ensure all equipment is accurately tracked and documented.
• Develop and maintain internal technical documentation to streamline processes for our staff.
• Utilize your scripting skills to automate manual tasks and improve overall engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and refine our zero trust security posture.
• Maintain flexibility to support both US and India time zones, specifically covering 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST and 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in corporate IT, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting for Mac and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, Azure, and AWS.
• A security-first mindset with a focus on compliance and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proven ability to support remote teams.
• A proactive attitude toward building new processes and improving existing workflows.
