We are searching for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team on a full-time basis. At JumpCloud, we help IT teams and Managed Service Providers centralize the management of user identities and devices, allowing small and medium-sized businesses to implement Zero Trust security models. Our platform is trusted by over 200,000 organizations, including companies like GoFundMe and ClassPass, and we are backed by over $400M in funding from prominent investors. As a remote-first company, we are looking for passionate, creative individuals who want to help us transform the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Design and build highly available systems while modernizing and evolving key platform components.
- Develop internal tools and scale our infrastructure to serve as a foundation for our broader engineering organization.
- Collaborate closely with various cloud and product engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform stability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional programming experience, specifically with Golang, Python, or NodeJS.
- Proven experience developing and deploying applications within public cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including the use of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with distributed, highly available systems and utilizing monitoring tools such as Datadog to track performance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a preference for experience using Terraform for infrastructure management and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
