About the Role
We are hiring a Data Technical Team Lead for a full-time position. This is a unique dual-purpose role where you will serve as a manager for a team of data engineers while also making significant hands-on technical contributions. Key Responsibilities

- At least 8 years of hands-on experience as a data engineer in a modern technology stack.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading or managing data teams within a public cloud environment like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working within Agile Scrum environments and leading geographically diverse, remote teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools and concepts such as SQL, Snowflake, Dremio, Apache Kafka, and Data Governance frameworks.
