Aptos is a people-first blockchain platform dedicated to providing universal and fair access to decentralized assets through safe and scalable technology. Our team was founded by the original researchers and maintainers of the Diem blockchain, and we have spent years building an open-source foundation for a more equitable web3 world. We are currently seeking a Senior Ecosystem Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional who is passionate about blockchain technology and wants to help us grow our developer community while driving key strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ecosystem initiatives by working closely with our leadership team to define and implement core strategies.
- Manage communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone stays aligned on program status, potential risks, and project dependencies.
- Conduct deep market research and gather community feedback through surveys and interviews to inform our future strategy and improve our internal processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with a proven talent for problem solving and setting priorities.
- Experience working in software product management and a solid understanding of distributed computing environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
- A genuine passion for the Aptos mission and the broader blockchain space.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide the flexibility of remote work to support our team members wherever they are located.
