The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join our collaborative team of engineers and designers. In this role, you will be instrumental in making our decentralized products more secure, accessible, and simple for our users. You will work within our core consumer product verticals, such as our wallet, to ensure that our technology is intuitive and impactful. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the chance to influence the design culture at a company that is fundamentally changing how people interact with the blockchain.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate directly with our product and engineering teams to craft seamless experiences for our core consumer applications.
• You will lead design projects through the entire product lifecycle, taking ownership of the journey from initial ideation and prototyping to final production-ready designs.
• You will facilitate design workshops and sprints to define our long-term product strategy and ensure our roadmap aligns with a clear, ambitious vision.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with a deep passion for craft and a strong interest in the web3 ecosystem. You communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of professional experience as a product designer, specifically working on consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of visual and interaction design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and AfterEffects.
• Proven success in partnering with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality, functional products.
• Fluency in English and the ability to present your design decisions with confidence.

Please note that this range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation like equity or tokens.
