What you bring
We are looking for a Senior UX Research Coordinator to join us on a contract basis. This remote role is perfect for someone deeply embedded in the blockchain space who can bridge the gap between our design team and the broader web3 community. You will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and recruiting a diverse group of participants, specifically targeting engineers and users active in ecosystems like Ethereum.
- Managing the scheduling and coordination of research sessions to ensure seamless interactions between participants and our internal design team.
- Building and maintaining strong connections within the web3 community to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our research initiatives.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in recruitment or coordination, paired with a deep understanding of blockchain technologies. We value candidates who are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a wide variety of people across the web3 landscape. Proficiency in English is required, and your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key to your success on our team.
What we offer
The compensation for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000. We value the expertise you bring to our team and are committed to supporting your work through the following benefit:
