What you bring
As our Korea Ecosystem Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a strategy to expand our presence among developers and startups in South Korea. This is a full-time, on-site role for a mid-level professional with a background in marketing, community building, and web3. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to foster the growth of new and existing web3 partnerships in Korea.
- Attracting external development teams to build on our blockchain and providing them with the resources they need to scale efficiently.
- Managing our local community and incentive programs, which includes reviewing grant proposals and supporting developers as they build within our ecosystem.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least 3 years of experience working with startups or scale-ups, specifically within the web3 business development or marketing space. You should have a deep understanding of the current Layer 1 landscape and a technical grasp of how blockchain ecosystems function. Because you will be working closely with our partners, you must be fluent in both Korean and English. We value individuals who are resourceful, analytical, and capable of thriving in an environment that requires multitasking and comfort with ambiguity. You should be a self-starter who is driven to create a measurable impact while effectively communicating our value proposition to the developer community.
