About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Developer Relations Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a highly visible position where you will serve as a key bridge between our organization and the broader developer ecosystem. You will take ownership of our online presence, help scale our global developer relations team, and act as a self-starter who thrives in a lean, autonomous environment. Your primary focus will be onboarding developers from the Solana ecosystem, improving our technical documentation, and contributing to the evolution of our smart contracts and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch new web3 protocols by collaborating closely with our integration partners.
- Enhance the developer experience by creating high-quality documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and specialized tooling.
- Represent Aptos at global industry events, including hackathons, conferences, and community meetups.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in engineering and community engagement. We are looking for candidates who have:
- Professional experience developing on Solana.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, Move, and TypeScript.
- Deep familiarity with internet culture, including active engagement on platforms like Discord and Twitter.
- A proven track record in marketing or developer relations, specifically with launching social campaigns or products.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with our internal team, community members, and third-party partners.
Location
This position is based in our Palo Alto, CA office.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $210,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, including:
