The role
We are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist II to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Core responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle campaigns, including welcome series, referral programs, and shopping cart abandonment recovery, across email, mobile push, in-app messaging, and SMS channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and revenue impact to refine our communication strategy and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, translators, and IT departments to streamline production processes and ensure our messaging is both timely and effective.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a data-driven mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and building requirements for list segmentation and triggered events, with Iterable experience being a significant advantage.
- A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation, and effective copywriting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of HTML is considered a plus.
- Candidates who are bilingual in Arabic, Korean, or Japanese are highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience is also valued.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated pay scale for this position is $51,489 to $100,303 USD, depending on individual experience, education, and geographic location. We support our employees and their families with a robust benefits package, which includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life insurance and an employee assistance program.
- 401(k) plan participation.
- Paid time off and flexible hours.
- Tuition reimbursement.
- Equity compensation in the form of restricted stock units.
