What you bring

As a CRM Marketing Specialist II, you will play a vital role in our growth by planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site position for a mid-level professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce email marketing. You will work closely with our creative, IT, and translation teams to optimize our communication strategies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive email, mobile push, in-app, and SMS campaigns to drive retention and cross-selling.
• Managing the full lifecycle of customer communications, including welcome series, referral programs, and cart abandonment sequences.
• Analyzing campaign performance data, such as open rates and revenue impact, to refine our production processes and improve customer engagement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines technical proficiency with a sharp eye for detail. You should have hands-on experience with email service providers, and familiarity with Iterable is a significant advantage. A strong grasp of Google Analytics, HTML, and Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite is essential for success in this role. You must be a skilled copywriter who can produce error-free, engaging content while managing complex projects in Asana. While a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, we value a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Being bilingual in Arabic, Korean, or Japanese is considered a major plus.
