About the Role
We are looking for a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will play a vital role in developing, managing, and executing digital content across our platforms. You will coordinate daily web updates, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure our digital presence remains accurate and engaging for our global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute content updates for our global websites, supporting various internal departments including Digital Experience, Logistics, and Merchandising.
- Collaborate with our localization team to ensure all content is accurately adapted for our international platforms across 19+ languages.
- Set up and monitor regional and global promotions across our website and mobile app while proactively identifying ways to optimize our internal workflows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in digital content management and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- One to three years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred, though a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, Microsoft Office, and project management tools like Asana is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, JavaScript, and JSON is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
