We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. At iHerb, we are the world’s largest ecommerce platform dedicated to health and wellness, offering over 50,000 products to customers in more than 180 countries. We are on a mission to make wellness accessible to everyone, and we need a strategic leader to help us expand our global affiliate and referral programs. Responsibilities
- Manage our global performance-based affiliate, content, and influencer programs to drive customer acquisition and long-term growth.
- Lead the recruitment, activation, and optimization of affiliate partners, with a specific focus on scaling our presence in key international markets.
- Collaborate with our product, IT, and marketing operations teams to execute strategic account plans, report on performance metrics, and integrate new features across our referral platforms.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on affiliate, performance partnerships, or customer referral programs within the DTC ecommerce space.
- Proven ability to manage global affiliate networks such as Partnerize, Impact, Awin, and CJ.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, combined with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including professional or native proficiency in a major global language such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
What we offer
