What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior App Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that can be based in either the UAE or KSA. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our app strategy and driving engagement for our regional customers, ultimately helping to improve our revenue contribution through data-driven insights and effective campaign management.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a local app trade and content activation calendar, creating merchandising strategies that are tailored to specific customer segments and categories.
- Design and run A/B tests to evaluate creative assets, messaging, and targeting criteria, using the resulting data to optimize campaign performance and customer retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and analytics teams to create clear briefs for agency partners and local teams, ensuring our in-app journeys and landing pages drive meaningful traffic.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in app merchandising. We value candidates who have a strong background in the following areas:
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Braze or Salesforce.
- Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret web analytics to provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience in building customer segments and deploying targeted app campaigns.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic to ensure effective communication with our local teams.
- A willingness to work flexible hours to maintain collaboration with our headquarters operating on Pacific Standard Time.
