Role at a glance
We are seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist II to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position requiring 3 to 5 years of experience in an e-commerce email marketing environment. You will play a key role in planning and executing campaigns that reach our domestic and international audiences.
Your impact
- Design and launch comprehensive email, mobile push, in-app, and SMS campaigns that boost revenue through effective retention and cross-selling strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer communications, including welcome series, referral programs, and cart abandonment workflows.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, to optimize future messaging and improve customer engagement.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of marketing best practices. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience with Email Service Providers, with specific knowledge of Iterable being a major advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting skills that are clear, engaging, and error-free.
- Strong project management abilities and experience using tools like Asana.
- A solid understanding of HTML and anti-spam legislation.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic, Korean, or Japanese is highly preferred.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite.
