What you bring

We are searching for a Senior Content Strategist to join our product design team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for crafting communications that educate and inspire our community while managing our brand voice across various platforms. Your work will be vital in supporting our acquisition and retention goals. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute content across our website, product interfaces, and email channels.
• Using data analysis and experimentation to refine our messaging and ensure our content effectively reaches our audience.
• Defining and maintaining our unique brand identity through consistent, high-quality writing and strategic storytelling.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in content strategy and a portfolio that highlights your expertise in email and newsletter writing. You must be fluent in English, as you will be responsible for translating complex financial concepts into clear, accessible language for our users. We value candidates who are comfortable working under tight deadlines and who possess the editorial prowess to incorporate feedback from various stakeholders, including our legal team. While not required, experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency space and bilingualism in French are considered strong assets. We look for individuals who are creative, data-driven, and genuinely enthusiastic about financial innovation.
