The opportunity

As we transition away from traditional, outdated financial systems, we need a Senior Visual Designer to help us define our look and feel. You will be the guardian of our brand, ensuring that every visual output captures our ethos and communicates our vision to the world. This role is a chance to elevate our storytelling and make a lasting impact on how Canadians interact with their finances.

A day in the life

• You will craft and evolve our visual identity, ensuring it resonates across all customer touchpoints and stands out in a crowded financial landscape.
• You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and executive teams to produce compelling designs for both digital and physical mediums.
• You will use data and customer insights to inform your design choices, ensuring that your work aligns with our broader strategy and engages our audience effectively.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in brand design and a portfolio that demonstrates your range across print and digital media. You possess strong illustration skills and a deep understanding of how to use design to tell a story. You are proficient in tools like the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you keep a pulse on the latest design trends. Because we serve a diverse audience across Canada, you must be fluent in English. While not required, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in fintech, a background in Bitcoin, or are bilingual in French.
