We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Jusbrasil, we are on a mission to elevate the justice system through technology. We manage over 7 billion legal documents and 1,400 official data sources, making us the world's most visited legal website with 20 million monthly users. Our internal AI, Jus IA, is a testament to our commitment to precision, as it operates with 43% fewer hallucinations than generalist models. With a team of 670 people spread across 125 cities, we offer a culture where taking ownership of complex problems is the primary path to growth.
Responsibilities
- Translate our mobile app product roadmap into high-quality UI and UX experiences, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery.
- Focus on the nuances of mobile interaction, including micro-interactions and animations that define a premium mobile experience.
- Develop multiple design solutions for complex problems, conducting user tests to validate your work and building consensus with stakeholders through structured arguments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 36 months of experience in a senior design role with a strong foundation in UI and UX.
- Proven experience working on mobile or web-mobile projects.
- Fluency in using AI tools to accelerate prototyping and design workflows.
- A background in user research with the ability to conduct qualitative testing independently.
- Strong product strategy skills, with the ability to contribute to the direction of the product rather than just executing tasks.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese.
