We are currently looking for a creative and data-driven professional to join our team and help us scale our impact for both the Xometry and Thomas brands.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our marketing copy, ensuring that every touchpoint from the first click to the final conversion is clear, compelling, and effective. You will work closely with our growth, product, and creative teams to turn technical concepts into narratives that resonate with engineers and manufacturing leaders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting high-converting marketing and lifecycle emails, including nurture workflows and promotional campaigns.
- Developing engaging video scripts for YouTube and paid social media to explain complex manufacturing capabilities.
- Designing and writing landing page copy that aligns with specific traffic sources and offers to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience in performance marketing or growth-focused content roles. We are looking for someone who understands the mechanics of email marketing and the principles of landing page optimization. You must be highly proficient in English and comfortable working within a B2B context. Technical fluency is essential, specifically regarding HubSpot, A/B testing, and the use of AI tools like Claude to build reusable workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who balances creative instincts with a rigorous, data-driven approach to testing and iteration.
