Responsibilities

• Partner with our Creative Strategist to transform research and loose briefs into concrete visual concepts, storyboards, and final assets.
• Produce high-quality static and motion content for paid social media campaigns.
• Interpret and apply brand guidelines across a wide range of formats, ensuring consistency whether working from a simple one-pager or a complex brand system.
• Navigate regulated industry requirements to produce creative that anticipates compliance needs while maintaining high standards.
• Identify opportunities to evolve brand creative to reach new markets while staying within safety guardrails.
• Review and edit raw photography and video footage into polished, client-ready assets.
• Manage your own production quality and turnaround times to ensure efficient delivery with minimal internal revisions.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a creative production role, such as an Art Director or Senior Designer, with a focus on performance or paid social media.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in both static design and video motion editing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma for static design and layout.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific creative best practices for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Experience working within complex organizational structures with multiple stakeholders and approval layers.
• Fluency in English.
