The role

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position where you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling one of our most significant digital marketing channels. Core responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate and B2B partners to expand our network.
• Manage and grow existing affiliate accounts by leading negotiations and ensuring a positive return on investment.
• Collect and analyze partner performance data to provide actionable insights and keep track of sales and monthly settlements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in affiliate management or sales.
• A solid understanding of digital performance marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with popular affiliate platforms such as CJ, Impact, or TUNE.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience within the web hosting or website builder industry is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation and benefits
