About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position designed for individuals who are eager to dive into the IT industry and provide exceptional support to our global user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by troubleshooting billing, domain, and account-related inquiries through live chat and tickets in a timely manner.
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to provide proactive support and demonstrate true customer obsession.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand by empowering users to achieve their online goals and grow their digital presence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- C1 or native written proficiency in English.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Technical familiarity with Linux and Ubuntu environments.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- A reliable computer setup with at least 16 GB of RAM for Windows or 8 GB for Mac, and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
Location
This is a remote role available to candidates based in Brazil, Indonesia, or the Philippines.
