Responsibilities

• Improve our products to support our global client base and drive company growth.
• Develop innovative AI features and prototypes that keep us at the forefront of the hosting industry.
• Work alongside product teams to define and refine new functionalities.
• Monitor the latest advancements in Large Language Models and integrate relevant technologies into our ecosystem.
• Build and test new features using Generative AI.
• Create rapid prototypes using commercial APIs or local models to test solution feasibility.
• Refine prototypes for production by utilizing techniques like fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

Must-haves

• Proven experience implementing Generative AI techniques for commercial applications, such as prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
• Practical knowledge of commercial APIs from providers like OpenAI, Azure, or Google.
• Ability to deploy and optimize open-source models like LLaMA or Mistral using tools such as LangChain.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with LLM-related projects.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and containerizing applications with Docker.
• Familiarity with Linux, DevOps practices, Git, and Jira.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
