The opportunity

We are searching for a dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team in Lithuania. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will take ownership of one of our most significant digital marketing channels. You will play a vital part in scaling our reach by building meaningful partnerships and ensuring our affiliates have everything they need to succeed. A day in the life

• You will proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate and B2B partners to expand our network.
• You will manage and nurture existing accounts by leading strategic negotiations and ensuring we maintain a positive return on investment.
• You will dive into data by collecting and analyzing partner performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to drive informed decision-making.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional with a strong background in sales or affiliate management. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills to the table:

• Between 1.5 and 2 years of direct experience in affiliate management or sales.
• A solid grasp of digital performance marketing and familiarity with platforms such as CJ, Impact, or TUNE.
• Proficiency in data analytics management and a talent for strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our international partners.
• Bonus points if you have previous experience within the web hosting or website builder industries.
