What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Service Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. Based at our headquarters in San Carlos, California, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and innovation. Your work will involve deep technical engagement with our machine subsystems and close collaboration with our engineering department. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing repairs and reworks on machines while strictly adhering to safety and quality assurance standards.
- Conducting root cause analysis to diagnose technical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
- Collaborating with product engineering teams to provide feedback, resolve assembly issues, and assist in the construction of new prototypes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly. You should possess the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and work effectively with both 3D models and 2D drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with Solidworks is considered a significant advantage. We value candidates who demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Fluency in English is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our team.
