At Brewbird, we are on a mission to reshape the specialty coffee industry by building a technology platform that connects top-tier roasters with coffee lovers everywhere. We are a team of passionate builders backed by leading venture funds, and we are looking for a Hardware Testing Associate to join our team in San Carlos, California, to help us refine the machines that power our business.
Responsibilities
- Learn our machine testing procedures within your first 10 days to understand how they fit into our broader product development lifecycle.
- Perform hands-on testing of our machines while maintaining strict adherence to our quality and safety standards.
- Diagnose technical issues and work collaboratively with the team to develop effective repair and testing solutions.
- Record detailed notes and data in spreadsheets and documentation forms to support our assembly and testing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout every shift.
Must-haves
- Strong testing and troubleshooting skills for electro-mechanical equipment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with our engineering team.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage your time to meet strict deadlines.
- Physical capability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Fluency in English.
