About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a key driver of our product strategy, helping us refine our end-to-end solutions for capital fundraising. You will work closely with our leadership team to translate our high-level vision into actionable product development cycles, ensuring we continue to provide the most effective tools for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with our customers to identify their unique fundraising challenges and pain points.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from initial ideation through to final release, ensuring our features align with company goals and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate across departments, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to maintain alignment and drive the go-to-market motion for your product area.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a proven history of turning abstract concepts into successful product releases. We value candidates who focus on desired outcomes rather than just features. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment and possess the communication skills necessary to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Experience in a B2B or SaaS setting is ideal, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Userpilot, Figma, and Lucid will be considered a significant asset.
