At DealMaker, we are expanding our reach in capital markets and looking for a strategic leader to guide the next chapter of our MadTech platform.
What you bring
We are looking for a senior-level Principal Product Manager to join us full time in a hybrid capacity across the United States. In this role you will own the product vision for our MadTech platform, guiding everything from investor-acquisition strategy to the technical systems that power it. Your background in fintech and adtech, combined with hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms, will help us turn data and automation into measurable growth. You will bring a strong command of A/B testing and strategic thinking to every decision, ensuring our product roadmap stays ambitious and grounded in real-world results. The position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model.
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the MadTech platform, using data, automation, and AI to improve how issuers connect with investors.
- Lead the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch-coordinating UI/UX, API integrations, and collaboration with data science and engineering teams to build predictive models and efficient data pipelines.
- Act as our in-house expert on the adtech ecosystem, optimizing campaigns across DSPs, DMPs, and CDPs while managing audience segmentation, performance measurement, and marketing spend efficiency.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with at least six years of product-management experience launching and scaling adtech platforms, along with deep knowledge of programmatic and direct advertising, DSPs, DMPs, and CDPs. You should be comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and guiding cross-functional teams that include Product, Success, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance. Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, are essential for measuring KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CVR, while excellent verbal and written communication will help you influence stakeholders and drive alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, solves complex technical problems with ease, and balances strategic vision with day-to-day execution. A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt quickly are must-haves. English fluency is required.
