Our mission is to make online capital raising a standard practice, providing founders and CEOs with the tools to raise funds digitally from their own communities and through strategic campaigns. We have facilitated over $2 billion in capital across more than 1,000 campaigns, powering major raises for notable clients like the Green Bay Packers and Miso Robotics. With three IPOs in the last year alone, we are seeking a visionary VP of Engineering to help us continue this trajectory as we scale our global impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director or equivalent leader in scaling and managing product development teams within high-growth environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern software development methodologies and relevant technology stacks.
• A history of delivering complex projects on schedule while achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building team-oriented, collaborative environments.
• A creative, innovative mindset for solving technical challenges.
• Comfort navigating the rapid changes and shifting priorities inherent in a fast-paced startup.
• Fluency in English.
