About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our technical architecture and guide the development of high-impact projects. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise in system design and software architecture will directly influence the future of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement core architectural components while ensuring our systems remain scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Lead the technical strategy for complex projects by translating business requirements into efficient, well-documented solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience in software architecture and system design.
- A proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects.
- Hands-on experience working with Ruby on Rails and Svelte.
- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong ability to solve complex analytical problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
