The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Granicus Experience Group, our in-house digital agency. In this role, you will serve as a vital storyteller and strategist, helping our public sector clients transform their communication goals into impactful, data-driven digital campaigns. You will work within a cross-functional team to design and execute complex programs that span email, SMS, social media, and web platforms. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives on solving big challenges, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to use their expertise to drive meaningful change in the public sector.
A day in the life
- Lead and deliver comprehensive, multichannel digital programs that focus on audience acquisition, engagement, and nurturing for our government partners.
- Collaborate with experience designers, platform consultants, and data analysts to design test-and-learn initiatives that optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop compelling content across various platforms while acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that every communication meets high standards of quality and accuracy.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in digital program management or consulting, ideally within the public sector or a digital agency environment. You possess a deep understanding of marketing technology and are comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems. You are a natural communicator who can translate high-level strategies into actionable content, and you have a proven ability to lead large-scale projects with autonomy. Because this role involves working with sensitive government information, you must be a U.S. citizen who is able to obtain a public trust clearance.
